Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our website and services.

Overview

These Terms govern your purchase and use of our services (the “Services”). By ordering, paying for, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to any Order, Proposal, or Statement of Work (SOW) that references them. If there is a conflict, the Order/SOW controls.

Orders, scope, and timelines

Scope: Defined in the Order/SOW (deliverables, features, environments, assumptions). Timeline: We provide an estimated schedule in the Order/SOW. Timelines depend on your timely feedback, access, and materials. Dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated as firm. Dependencies: You must supply content, approvals, credentials, and access promptly. Delays in your inputs extend milestones and may incur standby fees.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of our company and protected by law.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and ensure valid payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% (or 100% for small/fixed-fee engagements) is due at acceptance unless the Order/SOW states otherwise.

Changes & out-of-scope work

Change requests are handled via written approval and may impact cost/timeline. Unless otherwise stated, out-of-scope work is billed at our standard hourly/day rates with a minimum increment (e.g., 1 hour).

Acceptance

We will present deliverables for review. Unless the Order/SOW says otherwise, you have 5 business days to accept or provide specific, written, reasonable revisions tied to the agreed scope. If you do not respond within that window, the deliverable is deemed accepted.

Hosting, accounts, and credentials

If we set up third-party services (hosting, domains, analytics, payment gateways), they are provided by third parties under their terms. You are responsible for ongoing fees and compliance. Keep credentials secure and promptly update or revoke access when appropriate.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only to perform obligations under these Terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of our registered state.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
